Food Traceability Platform: Farm to Shelf, at Scale
We architected and built the backend for the Food Traceability Platform operated by GS1 Germany and benelog GmbH. Built on OpenEPCIS, the GS1 EPCIS 2.0 standard we are core contributors to. Millions of supply chain events, traced across borders and partners.
Allego: An 8-Year Embedded Partnership
Started with one engineer in 2017, grew to a senior team across multiple feature teams. Migrated a monolith to microservices with zero downtime, then built the search, streaming, and AI layers on top.
Allego Analytics: OLTP to Warehouse to Dashboard
Built the analytics backbone end to end: data modeled from transactional sources into a warehouse, transformed with dbt, and surfaced as the dashboards customers rely on every day.
